Steve T. arrived at our house exactly when he said he would be there. I fully expected to be told I needed a new opener due to my past experiences with repair men. To my surprise, Steve checked things out and suggested a repair. He said I had an older, but solid system, and a repair would fix the issue. Not only did he complete the repair, he also lubricated the door tracks. Not just the tracks of the door that needed repaired, he also lubricated the tracks of my other garage door. Steve exceeded my expectations and dealt honestly with us. I would give them 10 stars for customer service. Precision has my future business. I highly recommend them.

Precision Door was fantastic from the start, the customer service girl that took my call was very helpful, polite & knowledgeable. The technician, Tyler Barnhill was excellent he was on time and very professional, he explained the procedures that were needed and gave us three options. He was quick with the repairs and cleaned up when he finished. Tyler was very polite & helpful. We are totally pleased with Precision Door we feel as if we made new friends but are sad because their work is so good we’ll probably never see them again.

Original keypad was worn out. I ordered a new one and had trouble programming it. I was surprised when I called Precision and was told a representative would be here in a couple hours. The technician did an excellent job programming it and clarified a couple things in the instructions that were missing and incorrect.

When our garage door spring broke and we couldn't get the door open I found Precision Door on the Internet and after reading through the information on their web site decided to try them. I am so happy with the service I received. They certainly delivered all they advertised, and more. The technician was actually early, had to break in a window and make his way through all the stuff stored in the garage just to get to the door to unlock it. He was very courteous, explained everything in terms I could understand, went over pricing and options. He was in and out in about 2 hours. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Excellent work, on time, quickly and expertly done replacing with better parts than those already installed on the door. The repairer, Nick, was clean and not sloppy looking and trusted to do the work right. The lady answering the phone when I called when the spring had broken was courteous, sympathetic, and attentive to my needs and concerns. I had been a maintenance supervisor before I retired and have worked on my own garage door before, so I know when quality work is performed. They also did maintenance work lubing all moving parts. The door operates more smoothly and quietly than before. Trust them!
