I have been a customer of Precision Garage Doors for years. I needed a new garage door (March 2022) and required service today (a new exterior garage door keypad). I have always been a completely satisfied customer. Today Steven was my technician and I would definitely give him a 5 star rating. The technician calls you before they arrive at your door, the company sends a brief bio about your technician, they explain everything they are doing, they provide you with information (troubleshooting), they review everything with you - AND they provide you time for questions, concerns and/or complaints! My entire experience was once again amazing! I have never had problems with the Company and/or their technical support. I would (and have!) recommended them to friends/neighbors!

Not a welcome surprise to find an overhead door half open and cocked at a weird angle. Apparently something failed affecting one side and service was needed. The Precision name was familiar from the Valpak coupon mailing. In checking the website I was surprised to be offered a live chat late on a Sunday. Before Sunday came to a close all arrangements had been completed for a midday call on Monday. Technician Tim arrived early in the quoted window. The problem was located and a thorough evaluation was performed on the aging door. Wait time for a replacement door was unacceptable and a repair and rebuild was selected. Tim completed the job and the door operates like new. Very courteous and professional.

I have a Precision Garage Door opener and an exterior keypad; in February Precision installed a new garage door for me. Their service, knowledge and communication skills are awesome! Recently due to a separate service call for a different issue, the work done resulted in the failure of my garage door functioning. Tyler, the technician that came out was fabulous; he checked out my entire garage door system and although there was no definitive error, he tweaked a couple things he thought could contribute to the problem. He was professional, patient and said if the original problem continued to call and he would come out again. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Precision Door(s) are extremely quiet, the service is unmatched! I am beyond pleased with Precision Door.

Mr. Santucci did a very good job on the installation of our new garage door. It went much more quickly than originally expected. He was helpful in suggesting we get the magnetic handle decorations instead of the ones that would be attached with screws. He explained the operation of the wireless opener in great detail.. I am a bit concerned that the outer trim in one corner has not yet laid flat as I was told it would with the warmer weather. I'm concerned rain will get under the trim and make it all come up. I was otherwise, very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians (sorry, I do not remember his assistants name). Overall, I found it to be a pleasant and will highly recommend your services to friends and family.

I called because my garage door would not work, Precision came out the next day. Seems like my luck but the door started working, the tech they sent Cory worked and tested and couldn't find anything wrong. He was outstanding! He was getting into his truck to leave and the door stopped working again. I needed a whole new system. He put it in because he had it in the truck, I would definitely recommend and use Precision again.

I had an issue with my keypad that is located outside of the garage. The technician Craig Harmon, gave me a courtesy call before driving to my home, arrived as scheduled and addressed not only the malfunctioning keypad but all my concerns about my garage door set-up.
