I would highly recommend Precision door. I called for a repair at 9:00a.m and there tech Austin was at my house 2 hrs later. Great and fast Service. Austin was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I was advised, when I called, that there would be no service fee and that I could have 1 spring replaced as desired. Upon the visit, I was told they aren't able to replace 1 spring and unable to do the work without changing out the door. btw, my door is older and showing signs of needing a future replacement, but still works fine. Also, I was charged a service fee for no work done. The one positive is the technician was courteous.

Precision’s warranty and service are second to none! In 2021 we had the entire motor and belt drive assembly repaired. All was under warranty. Then yesterday, 1/5/23, we had to have the belt drive replaced. All under warranty! We have never owned a guaranteed product with a warranty as complete, honest, and straight forward as Precision’s. Steve the technician, as all the Precision technicians we’ve dealt with, was prompt, courteous, and professional. Can’t say enough positive things about this company!! Thank you.

These guys are great! Our garage is noticeably warmer in the cold weather. The doors are gorgeous. We’ve had them since March and we still can’t get over how nice they look. The openers are quiet and stop like the soft-close drawers in the kitchen. I noticed a little “bump” when one was closing. I called. They came out and fixed it. We love these guys.

Tim our technician from Precision Door came out today, which is a Saturday. We were not charged anymore because it was a Saturday. He resolved our problem, he explained everything to us and told us what he was checking for. Showed up ..did the work well ! We would definitely recommend Precision door and Tim their tech was great.

We had a garage door service today from Tim Consentino. He was polite and efficient. He asked me one question and immediately knew what was wrong with the door (which we had serviced twice by another company) and set about fixing the problem. He also did an inspection of the other parts of the door system and made recommendations to help ensure longer life of our door’s operation. I did not feel pressured to purchase, but did feel informed. We opted to complete the recommendations, which Tim did immediately. The door is functioning quietly now and I feel much more confident than I did with the other company that we had used.
