We had new garage doors and lifts installed last September. The installation was seamless, timely with quality workmanship and materials. They new doors are amazing. The double door began moan or creek when opening and closing. I called and told Precision, no question set up an appointment for someone to check it out and it was done today. The issue was very simple to resolve by the technician who by the way was very nice and personable. We highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Wow... I called thinking it would be 2 days and boom... had an appointment for same day, ON A SATURDAY! Steve was even able to show up earlier if i was available, came in, reprogrammed my remote, fixed my manual door pull, lubed everything and was done in like 15 minutes!! What a fabulous, easy, experience!! Thank you so much Steve!!!!

Our service tech was Tim . He was super. We realized we had a broken spring around 8pm . Called precision , someone answered and arranged service between 8-10am the next morning. By 8:30 Tim was there . I had purchased a warranty and I’ve never had any trouble getting Precision to honor it . Tim went above and beyond to not only replace both springs but do a complete safety check and repair or replace any door components he felt needed it . He lubricated all moving parts and tested everything. I’m very satisfied.
