We called at 9am on Tues 01.17.23, got to speak to a real and kind human, your service person arrived a little after 12noon! Our double garage door engine was dead! Garreth Rogers was fantastic: evaluated, assessed, communicated, gave us reasonable choices then quickly FIXED! When I called - my address was known to you but by the previous Owner - THAT was a Good Sign to me as she took impeccable care of this property! Garreth then returned today 01.17.23 to replace worn weather stips on both doors! And most importantly - Garreth was willing to call and txt in advance of coming on our property AND was willing to meet our Dog-Samson! If my Doberman likes you, WE like YOU! So we really LIKE Precision Door!

I had someone come out on a Sunday who spent less than an hour and fixed the door with a service and parts guarantee. Your company installed the door originally but I am not going to use your services again!

Yesterday my garage door would not go down. The first place I called wanted to schedule a service call two days later. Precision came out the same day. The called ahead and arrived at the appointed time. We discussed the problem and they went over my door and lift. once they cleaned and adjusted it my problem went away. They gave me a quote on some options for a new door. I put one of their stickers on the door so I'll know who to call when I decide to do a replacement.

Had the bottom seal on my garage door replaced and door checked out. The tech did a great job and cleanup. The price was great everything done well. I have started using this company a few years back with a replacement door opener and have stayed with them since then. Great communication for each job from call to when work completed.

One of the rollers popped off of our 18 month old garage door. To be clear Precision did not install this door. But Paul came out and spent about 15 minutes fixing the problem. Total charge $00.00. I'm sure that is not the norm but it was really appreciated that he took care of the problem for us. I'm strongly recommending Precision on our Community Facebook page and will definitely engage them when we replace our door lift system.
