Aurelio and another technician who name I think is Steve (please correct me if I am wrong), did a terrific job installing a new door and a new opener. Aurelio also explained how and what parts of the door should be lubricated, as well as how often to lubricant them.

What a great company! From beginning with customer service help to the final repair, couldn't have had a better experience. Paul was so nice and also knowledgeable. He explained my garage door issue, showed it to me, and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. He did the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend without reservation. PS-I especially appreciated the text with Paul's photo so I would know it was the real guy with the real company knocking on my door. Safety is always important.

Thanks so much for the honest and prompt service. My problem was a shorted out security light over the garage which tripped a breaker. The door system had nothing to do with it and weathered the outage with no difficulty. Steve was excellent. We were having problems with our garage door. He checked everything and recommended getting a new system which we agreed to. He installed the new garage door system and made sure everything worked. He had us try the new remotes to make sure they worked fine. He also set the new code on the keypad. He cleaned everything up and left. We are satisfied customers.

Old garage door bottom seal replaced. Service Tech was friendly and efficient. Same day service was nice. My complaint is that the price of the rubber bottom seal was outrageous. Only $40 at Home Depot and $180 from Precision.

It was VERY nice that I was able to get same day service! Corey Kirkpatrick was my Service Technician. He was polite and very professional, as he did his "homework" concerning the door's service history and asked additional questions before work began. I was also pleased that he called before coming over, as he finished a previous job early. When he was finished, he cleaned up his area, tested the door thoroughly with me present and asked if I had any questions.
