Saw your vans driving around and looked you up in the yellow pages. Liked that you could come the next day, loved that you e-mailed me a picture of the person that you were sending AND that you do a background check and a drug test!! Bonus for me- love that your company cares about who you send to my house. My service man- I think his name was Nick was super nice, spoke highly of his job and place of employment , and just was a very nice person to deal with. Did a great job, didn't know how bad my door really was! Thank you to Nick and your company. You have excellent customer service!!

In the morning my wife couldn't close the door to our garage. I called Precision and to my astonishment they were able to get there within two hours to repair. Not only was the repairmen knowledgeable but he was very professional. If I ever need service on my garage doors I will call them immediately! I will also refer them to all my clients.

Your technician was very courteous, and very nice and professional. He gave me the option of a FULL Overhaul or possibly new rollers for now. Aaron arrived at my house before I had arrived at home from work. He explained everything to me!. My current plans are to have the remainder of the OVERHAUL done possibly in April?. Aaron gave me his business card and a copy of the bill. Very professional, I will be calling your company back for repair of my door in the future. Your company and Aaron gets 5 Stars in my book.
