I was in an emergency situation for garage door service, and as previously, Precision Garage Door Service was there for me. The service man, Garreth Rogers couldn’t have been nicer. I had a bit of a complex problem but he had no problem servicing the situation. Garreth was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing to my satisfaction. What we thought was going to be a quick service caused by a strange noise turned out to be a much more serious issue. We were so thankful that Jared Cottrell from Precision was available to come, diagnosis and install a new LiftMaster to replace our very old opener before we were stuck with a garage door that didn't work at all. The steel bracket that holds the bar that holds the spring broke and my door wouldn’t open. Steven was nice and very professional. He told me that I have one spring and it is Precision Door’s policy to have two springs at a cost of $300+. He said he couldn’t just replace the bracket as is. I declined service. I appreciated the fast response but my door is still broken

Paul did an excellent job of assessing the situation and giving me a time estimate right away. He kept me posted about the delays and what problems he discovered. He pointed out some weaknesses in our garage structure that prevented the door from operating at its best and offered some solutions. He made some temporary fixes so that we could use the door for now. Even though it was late and I’m sure he wanted to get home he took the time to patiently explain the problems and clean up his work.

Hi- all our remotes, keypads and wall unit were malfunctioning. 25+ year old unit. Called on a Saturday late afternoon and Sunday Nick came out and we decided on a whole new unit. In 90 minutes it was up and running. Amazingly quiet and Nick programmed our car remotes as well. Great service and Nick was super nice! Thank you!

We had a problem with a garage door not opening correctly. Nick came out late last year (2016) and installed a new panel in the door. The problem seemed solved. It started having the same problem again on August 10, 2017, and today (August 12, 2017) Nick came out, did some adjustments and the problem seems solved again. There was no charge as the panel and work done previously was under warranty. Precision stepped up and was anxious to make things right. Precision will be our go-to garage door service, and we highly recommend this company.
