I paid $709.99 and my garage door opener isn’t working and told me that I have to do programming but safety t doesn’t work. Also I didn’t sign to pay but he did it himself. I don’t want that person to come here again. Is there a solutions?

The actual door product and installation were top-notch. My only reservation in referring your company to others is the additional work you agreed to perform, i.e., replacing the wood framing around the door opening, was sub-par at best. The measurements were incorrect, the materials sent were cheapest and not specifically what was needed, and the technicians doing the work, though good at trying to resolve the issues, were vastly unqualified for the carpentry work. Luckily, the poor materials and workmanship will be covered by metal coil wrapping by others. Overall, I can only honestly grant you 3 stars on your rating, which is not all that great, considering I paid you a premium price, over 2 other companies' bids.
