I would highly recommend Precision door. I called for a repair at 9:00a.m and there tech Austin was at my house 2 hrs later. Great and fast Service. Austin was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I was advised, when I called, that there would be no service fee and that I could have 1 spring replaced as desired. Upon the visit, I was told they aren't able to replace 1 spring and unable to do the work without changing out the door. btw, my door is older and showing signs of needing a future replacement, but still works fine. Also, I was charged a service fee for no work done. The one positive is the technician was courteous.

Precision’s warranty and service are second to none! In 2021 we had the entire motor and belt drive assembly repaired. All was under warranty. Then yesterday, 1/5/23, we had to have the belt drive replaced. All under warranty! We have never owned a guaranteed product with a warranty as complete, honest, and straight forward as Precision’s. Steve the technician, as all the Precision technicians we’ve dealt with, was prompt, courteous, and professional. Can’t say enough positive things about this company!! Thank you.

These guys are great! Our garage is noticeably warmer in the cold weather. The doors are gorgeous. We’ve had them since March and we still can’t get over how nice they look. The openers are quiet and stop like the soft-close drawers in the kitchen. I noticed a little “bump” when one was closing. I called. They came out and fixed it. We love these guys.

Less than 4 years after the new garage doors were installed we needed a repair that cost almost $400. They did come out quickly to repair which I guess is good...

I am sorry you had to experience that so soon after the initial install. Most manufacturers only warranty their door parts for 3 years or less, which is why we offered an optional Lifetime Warranty upgrade on the parts, that also included the labor, on each of your door estimate proposals. Unfortunately, you chose to go with the manufacturers warranty on the door parts. The charge for the repair was $288.00 for the replacement of the cables and reset of the spring system, which would have been covered completely had you gone with our upgraded hardware for the charge of $300 per door when you made your original purchase. I'm glad we could at least get out to you quickly and get the door repaired. We value all of our customers, and hope that we can continue to be your garage door company in the future.

This past Saturday I tried to open my garage door to take my dog outside. The opener, keypad, nothing worked. I came inside to call a company to come and help. Most companies are closed on Saturday. You weren't thankfully. Steve came and did an inspection. My opener was 11 years old and on its last openings. There was no pressure to replace it. Steve just explained what was happening. Fortunately he had the time to replace it then and there. Because of that, I asked for some cards since I live in an allotment with 28 other homes in the association. And- your company has a customer for life.
