Told me on the phone a spring repair would cost between $204 and $244 depending on what type of spring was needed. Charged me $417 after adding on a service charge fee, a fuel surcharge fee and a charge for a center bearing plate when the existing one was fine. Tried to convince me to do a complete overhaul for over $900. Typical senior citizen scam. Preying on the elderly trying to confuse and convincing them to purchase things they don't need and didn't ask for and charging them much more than the original estimate.

Outstanding company!!
After calling to make an appointment, they had a Tech out within a couple of days. (I was not in a rush, so it worked out fine for me).
After I got an estimate from Steve, I told him to go ahead and replace the springs on the door.
Said it would take about 30 minutes, but it sure didn't seems that long.
It probably took him longer to get to my place, and the next job than what he had to do.
I did not check and get any prices from any other company, but for the work Steve did, the price didn't seem bad.
Steve explained everything to me, and gave me options on the repair.
I would recommend this company to anybody that needed work done, and I would highly recommend Steve.

Had a new garage door installed this past Monday in under 4 hours! Very professional service. From quote to install was 5 days and would have been sooner if I was able to be home. Very pleased with all aspects of their service and would highly recommend Precision to friends. I was having car trouble (dead battery) and the tech was kind enough to give me a jump before he left so I could get the car to the dealership!
