Of course my garage door opener malfunctioned 15 minutes before business hours close. But I found a Precision Garage Door advertisement I had saved and called them immediately. The person answering my problem was very nice. I was set up with an appointment for the next morning. The serviceman, Steve, arrived right on the appointment time, checked the opener and entire door, and proceeded to explain the problem with the opener, the costs involved and how long it would take. He was very friendly and professional and demonstrated expertise in the his work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to any of my family and friends.

We had a problem the year before and Precision Door helped us out so we called them again this year when we had another problem. This time we had a whole new door and opener installed. Previous door was an ugly brown and now we have a shiny new white door to match the white siding. Tim did a great job installing everything and explaining how to use everything. Now we have a lifetime warranty so there shouldn't be any more problems they can't fix. Very affordable.

Got the company thru Home Advisors. There were 3 to choose from & Precision seemed to have the best rating. I needed someone to put my garage door opener back together. I had to disassemble it to determine what was wrong & received new parts under warranty. Technician reassembled it and reprogrammed my remotes & all is working.

I am so happy with the job they did fixing my garage door opener. I was so worried because I was leaving on a trip the next day, and all of a sudden I had a serious problem with the opener. They came out in the morning, fixed it and was gone within 45 minutes. The technician that did the service was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I guess when you want something done right, you go to the best. I would absolutely give this company a 5 star rating.
