We arrived home Sunday night to a garage door that wouldn't work. The spring had snapped. I called late on a Sunday and spoke to a young lady who scheduled us for the very next day. Paul came out right on time, explained the whole process, and fixed our door lickety-split (about 40 minutes). He was helpful, courteous, capable, and efficient. These guys are great. I warmly recommend them!

The week before Christmas a spring failed causing the door to hit the ground at force and break. The door had been was already weakened having been already hit by the previous owner some years ago. Paul, the technician was on site with a few hours and quickly assessed the situation and recommended a new door taking care to explain why this was necessary. A door was ordered and I was told to expect to wait 4-6 weeks due to the Christmas break. Two weeks later I was delighted to receive a call to say the door was ready to be installed and Aurelio would be on site the following Tuesday to do so. Today the door was expertly installed. Impressively it was a one man job. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from first phone call to the final cleaning of the new door. And all at what I considered a reasonable price. I have used Precision before and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First class.

Your customer reviews were the deciding factor in my choice. Needing same day service, I called and was able to schedule service literally 2 hours of my call. Dennis called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and presented me with 3 estimate options, explaining each in detail. Once I made my decision Dennis explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. When complete, Dennis explained the system and warranty to my satisfaction. Dennis did a great job in all aspects and I am a very satisfied customer!

I called Precision on a Thursday around noon expecting it to be unlikely that I would be able to get same day service for a broken spring. Boy was I wrong. The folks answering the call were not only courteous and professional, but they were able to get me an appointment at 8 that night. 8pm I said? Wow, these guys work round the clock! Aa it turned out my technician called me around 3 and asked if he could start the job early. Absolutely I said! Tim B showed up by 3:30 as he stated and was very friendly and professional. He listened to what I said, was patient, gave me all sorts of options and most important he didn't act like hehad somewhere else to be. I wound up spending more than just a broken spring, but I knew our 20 year old system needed help. Now our neighbors 3 doors down don't know that we are opening our garage door anymore!!
