Spring broke one evening when closing door.When Paul came out to repair the springs, I asked about replacing the wheels.He matched the previous spring and wasn't satisfied with the tension and weight on the door.He worked hard and got the perfect spring and adjustment and changed the wheels,now the door glides very freely without any noise!Now in case of power outage,when door opener is disconnected,you can open and close without any trouble!
