The Garage door spring broke in our Garage. Precision came and replaced the springs for free after 16 years of use. They have a lifetime warranty and honored it. I am very happy with their service and the service man that came.

Great experience working with Precision! Garage door opener went out on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision that night, they answered immediately, and set up an appointment for the next day. I received a call from the technician (Steve) when he was on his way, as well as a text from the company with a picture and bio of Steve. He fixed the garage opener on the spot and replaced the keypad (which hadn’t worked since we moved in). Price was reasonable and I would totally recommend Precision to anyone. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate a well run operation and this company is very well run, which seems like a rarity these days.

I first called Precision Door to deal with an opener repair. The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and took care of the problem. The opener is older and developed a problem again, several months later, which the technician said was a possibility. I requested the same technician who came the first time. I received the same great service. I will continue to rely on this company and this technician (if I can get him) for all my opener needs should they arise
