We had a garage door service today from Tim Consentino. He was polite and efficient. He asked me one question and immediately knew what was wrong with the door (which we had serviced twice by another company) and set about fixing the problem. He also did an inspection of the other parts of the door system and made recommendations to help ensure longer life of our door’s operation. I did not feel pressured to purchase, but did feel informed. We opted to complete the recommendations, which Tim did immediately. The door is functioning quietly now and I feel much more confident than I did with the other company that we had used.

When my garage door folded I didn't know what to do. I never had to make this kind of decision before. I checked with a couple of big box stores and was not satisfied with what I saw. Tyler called before he started on his way to my house. He arrived on time and was very polite. After asking about the problems, he diagnosed the issue immediately. Tyler also noticed that my door is showing signs of wear. After 20 years, that is also not surprising. He then proceeded to re-tighten the springs and lubricated the rollers. The opening and closing of the door is much quieter now. I like Precision's warranty which is the reason I first chose to go with them.

We were having a problem with the light not turning off on our garage door openr. We called Precision and they sent out Craig Harmon. He was very prompt and a very polite young man. He identified and fixed the problem very quickly. He then proceeded to inspect our system and found frayed cables. He wanted to fix the cables then but because we had some things stacked in the way, at our request, he came back another day. On his return, Craig replaced the cables and drums. Thank you Craig for doing an inspection and finding the frayed cables. They were an accident waiting to happen. We would recommend Precision and Craig to anyone needing garage door work.
