I called four places and only Precision was the only place that answered the phone. The others lost my business because they never called me back. I thought my garage door opener was broke but when Steve Tennant got here, he said the only thing bad was the springs on the door. He gave me some quotes on getting a new opener but did not try to up-sell me. When I’m really ready for a new opener, I will call Precision.

My initial phone call was answered quickly and the young lady who answered the call was very nice and set-up a service call right away. I was very impressed with how fast a service call could be arranged. The reminder of the service call in my e-mail was also very professional. The technician (Steve) called exactly at 8:00 A.M. for an 8 to 10 A.M. time slot. He was at my home in less than 20 minutes. He assessed my broken garage door spring and offered to fix same right away. I was very impressed with his work and he offered to show me how to maintain my new springs for a long problem free door operation. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to any family or friends who may need service.

on my old door everything was coming loose and wore out.... I checked all of the comments written about each company. Precision had the best comments. Aurelio Santucci was the technician that came. He was the sweetest guy. It felt like I was talking to one of my friends. He showed me what was needed and fixed the door in one hour.
