When my almost 20 year-old garage door opener gave up the ghost, Garreth was there within a couple of hours to get me back in business. We decided on a LiftMaster Model 878 Max Wireless Entry opener. Garreth was both pleasant and efficient as he installed the new system, programmed the pad, and gave me a primer on how to operate it. Excellent service!

Spring and cable broke. Contacted them at 9:20, had Garreth on the way by 10am, and he was awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better tech to show up. Extremely nice and professional. Worked up multiple options for the repair and was very thorough. Explained everything and was done around an hour or so. Excellent experience! Definitely using y'all again!

I simply needed a remote reset. The tech said he would not charge me if I accepted his quote for a whole new door/ opener. I declined and said I would pay for his service. He then said that if I didn’t accept his quote, then they would never come repair anything again. I declined and he continued to take pictures of my house. He wouldn’t stop and I asked him to stop several times. Very uncomfortable and I felt unsafe.

When I had a power outage and my neighbor took the door off track to get my car out, he thought my spring needed to be replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Fortunately, nothing was wrong (although the spring is at least 10 years old) and Dan didn't even charge me the service trip fee. Will definitely be calling again if it needs work (although I must find out if the initial replacement was the Cleveland business, which is totally separate) and is not under warranty. Many thanks!

The Tech (Craig Harmon) was within the window of the 6 hour est. Craig took the time to ask and to review the issue with the door. He arrived about 1:10 p.m. ready to work, wearing a mask. He quickly identified the spring break and explained the replacement process. He also indicated that all of the working parts would be inspected during this same call. He worked efficiently and quietly until everything was completed. He reviewed the work done, had me check the electronics from the house wall control as well as the outside key pad. He then gave me the good news that all of this was covered by our Precision Warranty. I have to commend both Craig and Precision Door for a job well done.

We have a bedroom over our garage and the opener we had was very noisy. The vibration alone could be felt/heard in that bedroom--even after being tuned up recently. We decided to replace the opener with a silent one after 13 years of living with the opener we had. What a difference!! The new one is so quiet, you cannot hear it at all when inside the house. The technicians, Tyler and ?, were very knowledgeable and the installation went quickly and smoothly, even though a couple of adjustments had to be made to make the new opener fit. We're extremely happy with the new opener. Thank you!
