I called because my safety sensors on my garage door wouldn't work. There was no lights on the sensors and thought they broke. Paul came out and within 10 minutes, found that the wire had a crack in it. He spliced the wire and now works like new. I just want to say that Paul was very professional about everything. It's people like Paul make Precision Door Co. and excellent company,. Thank you Paul.

I chose Precision Door Co. because a few years ago I needed to replace a broken garage door spring and within an hour or so they were here and replaced the spring. So my wife and I decided it's time to replace our old wooden doors and called Precision. Paul came out and gave us an estimate for the two doors with new openers. It was a tad bit higher than we expected, but you know, with the lifetime warranties, all the stuff the new garage door openers can do, military discount,ect. it was well worth the money. Paul was just the nicest person who is very knowledgeable about the products, and answer all our questions, and gave us several options without any pressure. He seemed more of a friend than a salesman. Once the doors are up, I will be writing another review. Thanks Paul for helping us decide.

My only issue is that when I called for the garage door service I really thought I was told on the phone that if I agreed to have the repair the service fee would be deducted from the cost of the total repair. I know that has been the case for other repairs I've had done in the past. However, I could have misheard. Anyway, Tyler and his partner were able to respond almost immediately and they were great. Forgive me for not remembering his partners name but Tyler did all the talking. He explained what was wrong with my garage door and gave me the repair options. They completed the repair quickly and I believe the door is operating better than ever. Overall it was a very good experience. I didn't have any other estimates so I'm not sure how their prices compare but they were professional and I'll consider them for future work.

My apologies! As you know, your broken torsion spring that was installed in 2009 was covered under lifetime warranty and replaced at no cost. Do not hesitate to call if you have any more issues with your garage door.

Called for service and Aaron arrived in less than an hour. Less than an hour later he had my garage door working better than it had before it broke. Replaced springs, rollers, cables, drums and bearings. Aaron was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Precision to anyone.

After 15 years of the springs breaking all the time, I'm hoping that this will work. It sounds a little better and the door actually moves smoother than it ever has. Your technician really knew what he was talking about. Past companies that have worked on my garage door only to replace the spring and leave. Never talking about the piece that goes in the middle that was missing!! (Don't know what that is.) He explained the why's and where's and t eh no no's of the things we had done in the past.
