Terribly unethical, misleading, and almost illegal practice of not honoring coupon for $65 credit for service call will cost you in the end. You have lost me, a long time loyal customer, and hopefully everyone I can contact about your despicable business practice. To call a $139 replacement of a keypad not a repair but rather a “replacement of a peripheral component” really sucks! Never again! Believe me Iwill pass the word on.

Precision Door Service is a credible and competent organization. They are honest, friendly, and provide expert service. The technician Paul Bradley arrived and immediately began to check out and service my garage door. He let me know exactly the status of the door, and performed most expeditiously and competently the needed service repairs. I will only use Precision Door Service for repairs, service, and a new garage door.

Precision Door Service was outstanding. My garage door needed emergency service and repair, and Precision scheduled a visit the same day that I called them! Our technician, Mr. Steven Tennant called us before he came and told us exactly when we should expect him. He arrived precisely at the time he told us. He explained all of our issues thoroughly, and provided us with a range of services he could do to remedy our problems. Mr. Tennant worked professionally, competently, and quickly. He was respectful and very pleasant. He completed the work in record time! At the end of the service, Mr. Tennant showed us exactly what he did to repair our garage door. Aurelio was both efficient and friendly. Explained the problem and then fixed it on the spot. Start to finish in about 45 minutes. Nobody likes an unexpected issue; but you guys came out next day and got it back to normal.

Had an appointment from 4-6pm to replace a broken door spring, the guy called at 6:15pm to say he was running late and got there about 6:30pm. He did his door survey and said that I had one section that was not properly seated on the next section and would not replace the spring. He did want to "repair" my door or replace the whole door. I told him to leave and fixed the one section myself in about 15 min. The door now mates perfectly with the other section. If you want someone to do the bait and switch or sell you non needed parts choose Precision. I will never call them again.

My tech, Aurelio, was very thorough and told me different options that I could use to keep my garage door working at its best. I choose one or two of his suggestions and said I will probably replace the garage door when I am more financially solvent. He also showed me how to unlock the remote opener so the keypad is now accessible. He was a very fast and efficient worker. I will definitely use Precision when I am ready for my new garage door

I have been around long enough to recognize superior service when I see it. I first encountered Precision in February 2018, when my garage door spring needed service. It would not shut and this company came out at 11p and fixed it, and did not try to gouge me. Fast forward to July 2018 when my garage door opener began smoking. Again, called Precision, and did they try to sell me a new opener, nope, they fixed the existing one, replaced my wall control, and programmed two new opener remotes that I did not even buy from them. Listen, some companies chase profits and some focus on quality, and the business naturally comes, Precision is the latter. They have a customer for life and their guy, Tyler, is absolutely top class, pleasant, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

This is the second time I have requested service. Precision will quickly schedule a technician to address my issue. The technician was extremely efficient, telling me the issue, and the correction needed. He was respectfull and friendly. The cost was fair.

Timely. Clean. Knowledgeable. Some of the words to describe Precision. When you arrive at home at 9p to discover your garage door will not shut, there are not many options available that late. Of course, Precision's call center takes calls 24x7, and can send someone out as late as 11p. Tyler arrived ready to go, and quickly identified the issue, presented options, and completed the repair within an hour. Him, his tools, his vehicle, all clean cut and professional looking. Someone who takes care of themselves and their tools will more than likely take care of you. Would highly recommend.

We just moved to the community and discovered the garage door transmitters and key pad were not in sync and inoperable. In addition the hyperlink in the car could not be synced with doors. I looked on line for a garage door service company and took a chance to call Precision Door Service. Two hours later a technician arrived and recoded all openers, keypad and auto opener. The technician explained every step of his work and reviewed the transmitters with my wife and me. He was an absolute friendly professional. I was very pleased with Precision Door from start to finish Jim was the salesman I initially purchased the door from, he did an excellent job answering all my questions including the extras involved because I wanted custom paint. Tim Dunne was the technician that came out to install the door and once again he was very personable as well as knowledgeable.
