Great work - the professionals were quick, efficient and friendly. They took the time to explain everything about the new door, warranty, process of installing, etc.
Both servicemen (the man who did the quote and the man who did the install) were very kind and friendly, and very professional throughout the process.
Not only are we thrilled with our new garage door - the trim matches perfectly with the weather stripping they installed, and they even removed and disposed of the old door for us!
The price was also lower than we had anticipated for such a quality door and spectacular service. I would readily recommend to anyone looking for a new garage door install!

Was "almost" glad for the freaky wind damage done to the bottom panel of my garage door totally preventing it from opening, therefore "grounding" both me & my car. But because of the damage, got to know there's STILL a company who cares about customer service, their name, and their reputation. Not only did they have their tech there in 2 hrs., I was so lucky it was Max! There were no directions for the mess he walked into, but his patience and determination found a way to get that door open. I will be needing a new door, but would have no one but Max and Precision do the job!! 10 stars...5 for Max/5 for Precision.
