Tyler was the technician who visited today. He observed the damage on
the lower panel of my garage door.
The door is twenty years old. He
called the manufacturer to see if a replacement panel was available.
It was not. He advised me on the
best way to proceed. He was personable
and knowledgeable. I am pleased with his guidance and look forward to the new look. I was given pamphlets, emailed invoices, and promised completion within a reasonable period after parts arrive.
His visit was efficient and diligent in meeting my needs.
