When I called Precision, I was not sure how to articulate the exact problem with my thirty year old garage door. I vaguely explained the problem and requested a free estimate call for garage door replacement. Precision set up appointment as per my convenience and followed up with timely reminders and service repairman’s (Steve) details via text and email. Steve arrived on time. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He did couple of minor tweaks and offered couple of options for garage opener replacement if the adjustments he did, don’t pan out for too long. He could have easily made me commit to replacing the opener without doing any servicing. This shows great character !! Nice job Steve and Precision. Sooner than later, I will need to replace the opener and I will definitely choose Precision , even though there are cheaper options available. This is how you build customers for life.

My garage door needed repaired after the spring broke. I was quite pleased with the technician. He explained all of my options, benefits of each and why it was suggested to do certain maintenance. After completing the work he showed me everything he did, why it should last and how it fit into the larger workings of the door. Very professional. The only thing is I forgot to use a coupon :(
