Last Friday 8-17-23 I had a major problem in the late afternoon with my garage door where the rollers rusted and the door became inoperative! I called Precision Door Services and within 45 min Technician Tyler B. showed up at my residence. I showed him the problems with the door! Within 20 mins he went over all the issues with the door and gave me an estimate.I authorized the estimate. Tyler was very courteous polite and professional! He went over all the repairs when he was done and cleaned up. I would recommend Precision Door Services and Tyler B to everyone !!My Garage door is like new !

We had Precision install a new garage door opener last August. Paul Bradley was our technician and was very knowledgeable and super friendly. We had a very minor issue in early March with a nut/bolt that had come loose. My husband reattached the nut/bolt, but we wanted to make sure everything looked good. Paul confirmed what had been wrong and inspected other areas of the door/opener to make sure no other issues were present. No problem is too small for Precision! We are very pleased with their level of service and care!

Appointment was scheduled for the evening which works out wonderfully for a working couple. Called ahead to tell us he would be able to arrive early which also worked out since we were both home. Technician was very friendly. While replacing the springs he noticed the originals were underrated for the door size and was able to provide the correct type for the door (he had both sizes with him so it wasn't a matter of parts availability). Work was done quickly and properly and the door has never been better balanced. Also, while he recommended a few other areas for replacement in the future (rollers and cable) he indicated they were still reasonable and didn't try to pressure us to have them replaced. I will come back to you for work in the future should I need it. Thanks.

This was the easiest replacement I have ever had. I got an appointment quickly. The tech showed up on time and was very friendly and respectful. The tech assessed my garage door and door opener then gave me a price for repairing the door opener and a price for replacement with great warranties. I took the garage door opener replacement option and in less than 2 hours I had a very quiet new garage door opener. The tech showed me how everything worked, cleaned up, and took old parts I did not want with him to dispose of. I had nothing to do but enjoy my new door opener. I chose Precision after I had a service call a few years ago when our garage door coil spring failed. The technician was prompt, helpful, thorough, and made the repair quickly and at a decent fair price especially considering it was not one of their doors. So when the time came to replace / upgrade a new garage door, Precision was my first (and only) call. Same experience: prompt, thorough, professional installers who showed up on time despite a snow / ice storm the night before our appointment. No problems, love the product. My problem is my garage door keep opening with out me opening it. I have reset remote setting my self with no improvement. Your Tech Carter Diane arrived on time. He reviewed the problem and said that I had tried the fix that he would have tried. He said the only recourse I had was to replace the opener. He suggested that I try resetting the system multiple times before I considered replacement. Carter was very curious and helpful and did not charge me for the service call.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your opener. The quote for the new opener we gave you is good for 90 days....
