Opener would not work 4 hrs after installation. For $1124, I would expect a complete set up of ALL options, including help setting up phone app. I have vertigo, and am not permitted on ladders, and when trying to set up my app, it says get ladder and go to your opener. I CAN"T.

Traded a KIA in for a Honda Pilot. Lift master garage door opener would not work with the Honda. Had your company install a new Chamberlin opener for my other half on Catawba in Wadsworth last year. Was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the installer. After messing with my opener, finally gave up and decided that I needed a new one. There wasn’t any hesitation on my part as to who to call. Tried to pick a new opener on your website but there just wasn’t enough information for me. We have always used Precision for our garage door service needs and purchased a lifetime warranty from them when our garage door spring broke the first time in 2010. We have had two springs break since then and both were covered under the warranty. Paul Bradley, the tech who handled our call today was polite and thorough. Incredible service. I heard the garage door spring break and knew it needed to be fixed. As it was Saturday at 12:15 I figured I would find someone to fix it next week. Did a Google search, found Precision and made a call. They sent Aaron right away (no extra charge for weekend or immediate service) He changed my broken spring as well as the spring on the other door, at my request, and was finished by 1:30. Aaron was very professional and did a great job, I'm a very happy customer.
