Old garage door bottom seal replaced. Service Tech was friendly and efficient. Same day service was nice. My complaint is that the price of the rubber bottom seal was outrageous. Only $40 at Home Depot and $180 from Precision.

Door would not open. Called tech even came earlier than expected. Need new door lifter and spring. They sent free estimate same day and will be here next week. Tech was very helpful and explained the problem. Not that I understood it but can see what the problem was and did offer two solutions I chose the full replacement.

Very professional and prompt service, Nick called ahead about 15 minutes prior to arrival within the 2 hour window quoted by Precision. He fixed the problem in less than a half hour and didn't charge me since it only involved straightening out the style and putting a crossbar bracket across the width of the door. I was very appreciative of that and his assessment of my door which is a very low end model. I have since received an estimate and when the time is right Precision Door will be getting my business for the new one.

The responsiveness of getting a Technician for repairs the same day, definitely met our expectations. Upon arrival, the repair Technician assessed the problem within a few minutes. Just prior to beginning his repair work, he stated that our garage door and opener was still in good enough shape to keep for a few years. He was very knowledgeable and skilled, when diagnosing and repairing our double garage door. Based on their condition, he recommended the rollers be replaced as well, and explained why. Overall we had a very good experience, and will refer your company to others.
